A baked clay rectangular tablet with cuneiform text to both sides; accompanied by an original old scholarly note, hand written and unsigned by W.G. Lambert, late Professor of Assyriology, University of Birmingham, 1970-1993, which states: 'Clay tablet with cuneiform writing on both sides, 92 x 47 mm. / An administrative document from Old Babylonian / Mesopotamia, c. 1900 - 1600 BC. / Joined from two pieces and some damage especially on reverse. / W.G. Lambert.' 121 grams, 90mm (3 1/2").
